Pool and Gardens
La Chénardais is set in large grounds of 2
hectares. The fruit trees provide fresh produce throughout the spring
and summer – some made into our homemade jams and chutneys.
Wherever possible we try to provide each bedroom with freshly cut
flowers from our own garden.
There is a 10m x 5m heated swimming pool for our guests to cool off
during the hot summer months. From the pool area our guests can enjoy
the beautiful views over the fields and countryside surrounding us.
We have provided tables and chairs both in the shade or the sun for
those guests not wanting a swim, but would rather just read a book, top
up the tan, enjoy a beverage or snack or even just have a snooze.
There is a children's play area, a "boules" court and a large garden to
play ball games.
There is ample space provided to park your car, boat or trailer.
